Basic Contest Rules

- Dolls must be in either .gif or .bmp when send to me
- Only one entry per person. Each entry can contain as much number of dolls you want
- The dolls must not be bigger than 300x300 (i think that's big enough. I'll make an exception for dolls that are slightly off the size limit)
- No animation allowed. I'm really sorry...but animations bugs me a little :P
- dolls should be send to shafuraa@NOSPAMhotmail.com (remove the NOSPAM word)

Judges Panel

The steps the judges took to pick awards:
- Write down the number of their choices beside each awards category.
- Then i would look at all and pick the majority.
- If there is a tie, a tie breaker is used. That would be the reserved 4th judge
- Shaffy's choice is picked by me. The people's choice was by vote.
- Judges decisions are final...I got very cranky judges. LOL! XD
